Recent rankins on Oricon are not so good...
In weekly chart Taiyou no Namida falled on 3rd place, after SMAP - Sono mama / White Message and Orange Range - Kimi station (theme song for Kei's drama Lost Time Life)
Kurosagi entered movie ranking only at 4th place
It was beaten by:
#1 - Doraemon
#2 - JUMPER
#3 - Golden Compass
And for all these movies (except Compass) it's first week on screens.
In magazines/books ranking, this week no.1 is Hey!Say!JUMP calendar. When NEWS calendar didn't even enter ranking!
Arashi is on 9th place.
But it's good time for Kanjani8. They new single Wahaahaa entered daily ranking as no.1 and DVD 47 has been on ranking for 3 months already! Now on 17 place.

and for kurosagi, i know it's a bit disappointing. actually when i watched it last saturday, only around 50 people inside the theater *cries
but, since Jumper started one day earlier than Kurosagi, so...it can't be helped ^^

Jumper and Golden Compass, I didn't think amreican movies were that big in Japan. At least Kurosagi is in the top 5 :)

This post got me a bit sad but thinking better 4th place isn't a bad ranking.
As about the calendars. HSJ is growing in popularity and it's normal since they are a new debuted group. Same happened to KAT-TUN.
And to be honest i don't really like NEWS calendar. I mean the one last year was so much worthing the money.
This one seems a bit faded.
Of course as a NEWS fan it's great to have it!
