Now not only Shibasaki Kou and Keanu Reves are going to shoot movie 1 hour from MY HOUSE.... Akanishi will be there as well!!!! O_O

I'm busy, but I don't want to miss any event in NEWS life.
Few years ago, before I went into JE, I got invitation to join mixi. It's huge japanese community site. But because I didn't understand much of japanese and I'm no good with communities I almost forget about it. Recently I went back there and found tons of NEWS-related communities. Sometimes when check recent topics I see info I'd like to share, then I post it here.
Don't expect too much. People on mixi posts streamed videos, but most of them appears on news_jpop first. And photos are not bigger than a mobile-made size. But when it's about news or reports they're super fast.

About Mixi: site is completely members only. You can enter only when you receive invitation from someone who's already inside. Since April 2008 they made new rule saying "only people with japanese cell phone e-mail address can apply", to prevent people from other countries to join. I was lucky to enter before they set this rule, but even if you ask me now and I send you invitation you still can't join with regular e-mail address.

Translations / Subbing

My japanese is not impressive, I learned it mostly from drama and books, so it's not perfect and there's still a lot of things I don't know. But I can see that the more translations I make, the better I'm getting in it (^^) My biggest rule is to:
NEVER make up translations!!

If there's something I don't understand, or I'm not sure if my translation is correct:
1. I don't do it (it's important to recognize own limits)
2. I ask for help someone who's more skilled
3. If it's something small (like one line) I skip it and don't sub that part. But I hate it, so sometimes I can spend hours on searching for clues in dictionaries and internet.

Because my knowledge of japanese is 80% from dramas I understand much more of spoken language. I don't translate written articles because it takes too much time for me. Sometimes I can take something short for practice.

Because of all this I'm not taking requests. Because I have to see project first and check if I'm able to do it or not.

Please, forgive me mistakes. If you notice any I will be grateful for correction (^^)
